Therapy

We all have core issues that we struggle with. Sometimes they are resentments that we hold onto, or sometimes negative beliefs about not being good  or worthy enough. Sometimes they are relationship issues that trigger old wounds and cause us to act out or bring out parts of ourselves that we don’t like. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut in life and lose the motivation to push forward. Some people put everyone else’s needs before their own or aren’t able to ask for what they need, so they feel neglected and resentful. Whatever the issues are, if not dealt with properly, they will come out in unhealthy ways.

Therapy can help gain some insight into why we do the things we do, why we choose the people we choose, why we allow certain things, or why we find ourselves repeating the same patterns. It can help heal some of those wounds, let go of resentments and regrets, and help you move forward in a healthy way. Therapy can help you be the person you want to be.
